So I started this as a fun little side project to clear my head when it was too cluttered with my other projects, and never expected it to go anywhere. However, like most stories, it has taken on a life of it's own. Blizzard Baby will be the first in a set of four Christian Holiday Romance Novella's. It will be published next November.
This book is still in the early brainstorming/ outlining phase. I don't know yet whether it will be standalone or a series. I'll update with a progress bar when I have a full working outline for it :)

I've made a dent in the first draft, though I still don't have a title. At the moment, I intend for this to be a stand alone but it could always grow past my intentions. Time will have to tell :)

I've decided to put this project on a temporary hold and will return to it later on in the year.
The Second Draft
The Third Draft
The first draft should be finished by the end of November, and the book as a whole should be ready to be published sometime this coming spring :)

The title is going to be...

So the first draft is finally done. After Christmas I'll be starting my first round of edits at which point I'll be putting up a progress bar for the second draft of Checkmate. :)

So it took longer to get started on the second draft than I had intended, but it's going well and expect to make good progress over the next few weeks, so keep an eye out of more updates!

I had a really good week of working on the second draft. Now I just have to put in all the edits I've made, so fingers crossed the rest of this week goes as well as last week!
